When I'm not at work we eat the same for breakfast, lunch and tea. 
Breakfast we like banana pancakes, weetabix, eggs with toast and yoghurt and fruits
Lunch we will have some sort of sandwich with tomatoes and cucumbers or cheese and crackers. Maybe a baked potato with tuna/prawns. Spanish Omelette 
Tea we will have hunters chicken, steak, pasta, fish anything really 
I cook from scratch and dont add salt so I dont worry. Tonight we are off to a indian at our local curry house. My girl loves a naan bread 😄😄

Everything we eat from rice to chicken quesadillas to taco salad and everything in between, even some mildly spicy things.

My son loves quesadillas, all types of beans, all types of rice, pasta, avocado, sweet potato, meatballs, hot dogs, chicken..basically everything we eat except the spicy stuff and we try not to give too much red sauce or acidic dressings, like Italian..because that stuff gives him a butt rash. He also loves grilled cheese & burgers, ect :)

Basically anything we eat.  Some examples:
Breakfast: peanut butter toast, berries, yogurt, French toast, eggs, pancakes, bananas
Lunch: ravioli, kraft dinner, cucumber, tomatoes, omelette, leftovers from dinner
Dinner: fish, chicken, rice, potatoes, veggies, spaghetti, pizza etc.
Snacks: puffs, gold fish, pouches, Cheerios, fruit
Gets a sippy cup of milk with all meals. He doesn’t usually finish it but I put it in the fridge for the next meal then at the end of the day whatever is left goes in a bottle and I top it off for him to have before bed.
