Hi I’m 6m postpartum. Just started running & working out. Any supplements to help me lose weight??? Pills 💊 or drinks ? Thanks!

There are no pills or shakes for weight loss that are safe or good for your body. Eat real food, drink water and move your body. The goal is to be healthy, not skinny. Being thin isn’t synonymous with good health. Please don’t hurt yourself by ingesting unsafe supplements or gimmick foods/drinks or following fad diets.

Most weight loss drinks are really just laxatives that make you shit so much you lose weight. Super dangerous and can cause long-term GI issues. And as long as you’re eating a well rounded diet, you should be getting all the vitamins and minerals you need, unless you have a deficiency. Our bodies are really strong and don’t need as much extra help and we tend to think they do. Smoothies are a fun way to incorporate fruits and veggies into your day when you need something quick are on the go!

Well the long and short of it is there is no magic drink or pill. Healthy eating and exercise is your best bet. But I use shakeology from Beachbody and it helps cut cravings and gives energy. It's pretty great stuff.
