Found I was pregnant few days ago according to my last period I’m 4 weeks. This morning I started feeling period like cramps and I’ve looked up it’s possibly actually may be a sign that baby has properly implanted in the lining of your uterus is what is says but my mind goes to scary thoughts of a miscarriage etc. I do not have vaginal bleeding or anything how do you guys defeat the negative thoughts?
