We're not getting married til next autumn but I've been trying to get some bigger things done so it's not stressful or last-minute. We went to a few estate sales today, and then.... I saw "It". The dress I've been imagining for most of my life. And it was there, in all of its handmade glory, straight from the 40's. I shooed my guy back to the car and snatched that thing up like she was the last pack of toilet roll.

Ladies.. I present to you: my dream dress!! And it was only $28!!!! It needs a few alterations (there's a little tear in the lace at the back and the shoulder straps are just a bit too loose but otherwise I think this thing was made for me) (also excuse the messy garden) We're getting married in this little mossy clearing by a brook so I wanted something lightweight, fairy-esque and one of a kind. It's everything. I'm sobbing, haha!
