Advice needed

I'm very irregular with my cycle but lately I've been going thru alot of stress and bleeding off and on sometimes heavy and some time a little spotting. I've been bleeding these past days after inter course then it stops after a while. Today I had a very big blood cloth come out and I was very curious so I grabbed it and idk if it was really in my head because I really do want a baby but I seen a very tiny figure looks like a baby but maybe it was just me but it was very small . It had a white ending to were u can tell it was a little pouch. Idk what I saw anybody else went thru something like this? And what did u do to fix yourself? Thanks
