Any plus size moms here have a vaginal birth?

Question

It seems most plus size women have csections. I was induced at 42 weeks with my first and it ended in a csection after 50 hours of labor. I’m now a month away from my due date with my second and want a vaginal birth this time but am having trouble finding a supportive provider because I am overweight.

I had my son naturally, I was fat but not as big as I am now.. now that I’m pregnant, I’m working my way slowly down to a healthy weight so there’s no issues.. so far I’ve lost over a kilo 🥰

I had a vaginal, unmedicated, induced birth with my son at 37 weeks. Never even considered a c section prior due to weight and I’m heavier now that I was with my son and my dr still hasn’t talked about a c section or negatively about my weight

I did at 41 weeks. It was spontaneous labor and there were no complications. I did push for 3 hours though but it was my first baby.

I was induced at 38 weeks as I was on insulin and high risk. Normal vaginal birth with an epidural.

I almost had a vaginal birt but my baby was flipped the wrong way and her heart rate dropped when I pushed so I had an emergency c section but it had nothing to do with my weight! I would say if you want a vaginal delivery DONT get induced again!

I had my first via elective induction at 40w + 3 days. They said she was gonna be big but she was only 7lbs 11 oz. I only pushed for about 20 minutes.
They say being obese raises your chances of c section but I don’t think that ‘most’ of us have c sections according to the data. I think it’s still more common to have a vaginal delivery

Twice, first at 40+6, second at 41+6. Never heard anything about a C-section just because of my weight.

I did. I was induced at 38 weeks bc of cholestasis. I had a vaginal birth after 39 hours of labor. I was stuck at 4.5 cm until I got the epidural and then I went from 4-10 fast. No issues with my weight.
