I’ve been cramping everyday since 5w and today at 7w i found out i’m careying twins.
Is it normal to cramp everyday with twins???

It's normal to cramp with a singleton let alone twins. As long as there is no bright red bleeding and cramps dont get to bad. There is nothing to worry about. Congratulations on your little beans.
