Yeast infections?

Hi friends, 
I’ve been having weird symptoms, I went to the hospital and turns out I have a yeast infection? I’ve never had one before and I’m just curious as to what someone else has experienced! 😕

They are common. Not an std so don’t panic. It can be very itchy. Were you given cream? Next time you don’t need to go to the doctor. They sell monistat over the counter which is yeast infection treatment.

I get them almost every time I am prescribed antibiotics because they kill the good bacteria in you as well as the bad. Now I know that when I have to be prescribed one, I just ask them to go ahead and prescribe me a pill called Diflucan too. It’s a single dose that usually cures it for me in a day. If I get one randomly or the doctor can’t prescribe the Diflucan (I had a dentist once who told me he wasn’t allowed to) I just use Monistat which you can find in any drug store.

Try a baking soda bath as well they can help calm down any itchiness or pain you may have. I find they work for me when i get them
