Tips for back acne? 😩 I have super sensitive skin to soaps and although I’ve found one that has almost completely cleared my face it isn’t working for my back.

When washing your hair with shampoo/conditioner do you let your hair touch your back? Cause products like those especially conditioner can clog your pores.

Cut out dairy.. it helps get rid of almost all types of acne

when you condition your hair, put it up in a bun so it doenst touch your back. then wash it with a mild cleanser like dove soap or CeraVe salicylic acid cleanser for acne, and rinse your hair. and after you get out of the shower, put face lotion on your back. i use the cetaphil moisturizing lotion :)

Nuetrogena grapefruit body clear body wash has salycic acid to clear pores.
    Also if u hv very sensetive skin wash your hair in the sink instead of shower.
