4 weeks pregnant- massive bang to the hip

Hi, I’m shaking with fear and just need some reassurance. Found out I was pregnant on Thursday (2 days ago), 2 weeks after ovulation but apparently 4 weeks pregnant. I just walked into my door frame knocking my hip so hard that my belly shook from the vibration and my paranoia is terrible. Could this have harmed anything? How well implanted are they at this point? So scared :(
