Yes I was getting strong positives for about 4 days while going through my chemical ...which was devastating because I kept thinking maybe I’m still pregnant because the lines are so strong!

Yes, but your lines would get lighter if you retested. With mine, I only got one positive and it was faint. But don’t worry! That’s a nice strong line, and if I were you, I’d assume I’m pregnant with a healthy baby until an ultrasound told me otherwise! You don’t need to take anymore tests.
