Confused tmi info

So my nipples have been really really sore for a little over a week my areoles are getting darker and larger,

Been having bowel movements once a if I am lucky twice a week still BFN last month I had a really light AF for two days, taking hpt four or six times and all bfn ...should I get a blood test done ?? (My mom and dad had six kids and four out of the six my mom did not know about till four months) been TTC for three months
