Mastitis 😭 help???

Question

I've tried everything to unclog it. Now when I nurse or pump NOTHING will come out. At all! I've tried massaging it and warm and cold compress. Nothing is working and its getting worse and hurting more and more. 😭 Anything else I can try? If I don't get it out soon I'm going to call my obgyn for the antibiotics 😕

I know this is crazy, but I’ve had this suggested to me before. If you have a vibrator, take it into a warm shower with you and massage the clog out. For me this has worked. Good luck!

I’ve had it 5x and chronic blocked ducts and chronic milk blisters. Use a clean diaper, pour hot water on it and use as a moist heat pack and take sunflower lecithin ASAP !!!!!

Sunflower lecithin. I have nursed seven babies a total of 10 1/2 years and wish I had known about this earlier it really works. It makes the milk slippery so that it’s less likely to cause plugged ducts and if you increase the mg during a plugged the episode it helps resolve it.  ￼
