4th Early Pregnancy Loss/Miscarriage

This is the story of my 4th early pregnancy loss:

LMP was May 5-10.

June 27/28th Ovulated (I have irregular cycles)

Never took a pregnancy test after TWW because I started spotting July 9-10th and then started my “period” July 11th-20 (10 days of bleeding!)

The period started out like a normal, regular flow for 2 days, then the flow was really heavy (for about 4-5 days).

I continued to spot from July 21-31st (10 days of spotting after a long 10 day period!)

So I decided to take a pregnancy test on Fri 7/31 and it came back a strong positive. Um, wth is going on?

Next day 8/1 another strong positive with the test line darker than yesterday and darker than the control line.

But soon after that morning, I went to wipe and there was more red liquid blood than what I’ve been seeing. And later that day I can see period blood dripping down when I pee, and more bright red blood when I wipe. Nothing is really filling up a pad as of yet, only when I wipe. But it is looking more like a period when I wipe. I do feel slight cramps here and there and it “feels like I’m on my period now”.

I am estimating to be about 4-6 weeks pregnant. 🤷🏻‍♀️
