Extremely painful gas

I’m having really severely painful gas right now, I get this every once in awhile and I literally can’t walk or stand when it happens. It just woke me out of a dead sleep. I also have pretty bad diarrhea. I haven’t eaten anything bad or anything! I’m literally just in severe pain from the gas I feel in my stomach, it feels like a baby is kicking inside me or some shit. Does anyone have any idea what I could do, or take?? I’m literally dying right now and it’s been going on for 24 hours.
