uti? advice?

hi! i have high suspicion that i have a uti but don’t want to jump to conclusions. 
here are my symptoms:
1. more frequent urge to urinate
- when i do only small amounts come out, and it burns slightly afterwards
2. minimal amount of blood when i wipe
3. slight discomfort in the pelvic/abdominal area 
i’m 17 and i kind of feel uncomfortable talking about these types of things with my mom and always feel afraid to ask her to take me to the doctor for antibiotics or to get treated for something which is why i’m hesitant to say anything. but i also do not want to take this lightly because if a uti is left untreated it can spread throughout the body and cause bladder and kidney infections. yes, i am sexually active with my boyfriend but protection is always used.  i didn’t urinate after sex the last time which i’m thinking is when i could’ve contracted this. please no judgement, i’m just trying to handle this situation in the correct way.

If you have blood ? It sounds like a kidney infection starting, I get to a dr asap, it’s a simple pee test to determine if you do or not. I’m only 22 but ive had multiple, some women are just more prone to them!

There are over the counter test strips that will tell u if you have a uti or not I would go to rite aid or Walgreens or some drug store. Sounds to me like it’s a uti

If you have a uti go to the doctors now you don’t want a kidney infection it was one of the worst pains in my life and I’ve delivered two kids and had six surgeries.

you need an anabiotic regardless, so you need to tell your mom unfortunately if you can’t drive or take an Uber or make an appointment or use her insurance or whatever it may be. But you need to get to a doctor. There are doctors online that can prescribe medication, but you still need to pick it up from the pharmacy and pay for it or put it through your mom’s insurance. They charge you $50 if you don’t have insurance on the doctor online. But you need an antibiotic.  That’s the app that you can download for Doctor video visit 24 hours a day, any kind of doctor.
