Im 14 weeks postpartum. I had a 3rd degree tear because of a vacuum use.
my doctor checked me at 12 weeks and she said I look fully healed and I can resume sex.
im just SCARED 😩😩😩
anyone else had a 3rd degree tear please help me calm my nerves.
im ready to jump my husband it’s been too long I’m just so scared. what do I do🥺

I had a third degree tear. I’m 5 month pp and it still can be uncomfortable in some positions. It almost always is uncomfortable at first but then gets better. Use lots of lube and take your time. The first handful of times were the worst (first attempt was at 8 weeks).

Go very slow and only do what is comfortable to you. It'll likely be a bit uncomfortable at first but if you go slow and work with your body you'll be back at it in no time!
