Got a fever

Hey girls, I know no one can give medical advice so don’t eat me up for it, but with covid going around I feel like everyone is super paranoid. & it’s such a serious matter. With that being said, I started feeling really warm and checked my temperature and I’m at 100.6 right now. I don’t feel any other symptoms aside from my legs feeling sore. I just took medicine to help the fever but has anyone else gone through this??? I called My doctor and told me to try to control the fever and if it doesn’t go down to go in.
