No more symptoms?

Question

So today I am currently 9wks5days, I’ll be 10 weeks on Tuesday. When I first found out I was pregnant (4wks) my nipples were sore, my breast were tender, I had headaches here and there and I was nauseous (but not morning sickness). For the last couple of days, I’ve rarely had any symptoms at all and I’m getting worried. I had a miscarriage in February and I’m so worried that it’s happening again 😭 I had my first appointment July 9th, I was 6wks2days and they said baby looked fine and the heartbeat was perfect. I have my next appointment on Thursday (August 6th) and I’m so worried that they’re going to tell me I lost this baby too. Has anyone else ever experienced this?

Following! I'm 9 weeks 3 days and I'm only feeling fatigued my next appointment is the 11th seems like forever right now 😭

Try not to worry! I was so concerned with what I was feeling everyday and if it was normal. I felt great when I was nine weeks with barely and symptoms and then it hit again week 10. Everyone is different! Sending you good thoughts!

It's normal for symptoms to come and go throughout pregnancy. When I had my miscarriage four years ago I lost symptoms too. I woke up one day and did feel pregnant anymore and then the next day I started bleeding. Since symptoms can be the same I wouldn't worry unless you start cramping and there is dark red blood like a period. Symptoms going away isn't an indication of a miscarriage from what my OB told me
