Anything marketed as a cleanse or detox is a complete scam. Don't waste your money on this.

I wouldn't invest anything into that. If you look at the ingredients, its not much other than vitamins, sugar, and an herb called chasteberry. So, eat some veggies and talk to your doc about this herb if you think it'll be helpful.
