Twin and sibling car seats?

So we have a 2 year old and twins on the way and are looking into getting new car seats for all three that will fit across in our 2013 Rav 4.

We saw online that they make narrower car seats.. Has any of the twin mommas purchased these? And Have any brand recommendation?

We have six kids and my oldest just moved into a booster. She is six but only 36 pounds. We have an 8 seater odyssey. In the back row we have three cosco seats that are less than 17 inches wide. We have one infant seat, a booster and a cosco in the middle row. When I had twins we were able to fit two infant seats and a cosco in the middle row. Then switched to two britax and a cosco in the middle when they were a little bigger. My twins were #4/5 so we already had the britax seats. I really like the radians but they were just way to expensive to our has got all our kids. When we only had three kids I had two britax and an infant carrier across the row. We had a Ford Escape at the time so it's similar in size to yours.

You likely have cross over seat belts making it unsafe to put 3 across in that vehicle.

Yes 280 per but 17" wide. Full infant through 100lb convertable carseat.

44" wide is narrow. Smallest I've found. Eveny my work triplets booster were larger then that. My scion xb was 47" rear hip, hhr was 49". I know rav4 was smaller but those seats are beat bet.
