Confused 🤷🏻‍♀️ dilation/effacement and station

Hi ladies, I’m 37w and 3 and went last Thursday for my checkup. My doctor checked me, and I ended up going back to look at her notes online Bc I was only paying attention to dilation. Anyways her findings are below:

Fully effaced

-2 station

2cm dilated

This is my third baby, I am super confused. My first two labors were very quick (7hrs for my 1st and just under 3 for my second). I’m nervous Bc I feel like basically all I have to do it dilate and baby will come out??! I’m feeling stressed. I had my mucus plug come out with both my first two but NOT with this one. I mean I have seen very small pieces but like 1-2 pieces. With this dilation and full effacement, wouldn’t it have come out? Maybe I missed it? I am currently having several Braxton Hicks contractions right now within the last hour. I feel like I don’t know my body at all...anyone been in a similar situation?
