Help with reflux?

I think my lo has reflux and it's getting worse. She spits up maybe once per feeding, but now in the afternoons and evenings she will scream hysterically after every bottle. And it's a in pain while body stiff high pitch screech, red face nothing consoles her.

This only happens in the afternoon and evening from around 2pm until 10pm. Dr already says she has colic but this is different than that cry. Could it be reflux? Or is it just part of the colic because it's not after every single bottle
