Exercise

Have you been exercising this pregnancy? If so, how much? Do you exercise regularly?

For me, I do my daily things with my older kids and cook and clean and that’s about all I have time for. But this last week we’ve been doing a lot of errands and now I’m cramping a lot (I’m hydrated) and just all over sore. Do any of you get like that after a lot of walking/ stair climbing?
