My LO has silent reflux, will projectile vomit every few bottles, my lo isn't on acid reflux meds, he's on Similac special care 24 for preemies since he was born at 36 weeks, he's now 2 months old and at his last pedi appointment lo gained 3 1/2lbs he went from 5lbs 2oz before the special care to 8lbs 12oz's but my daughter who's almost 2 had reflux and had a milk allergy could be just be allergic to his formula or should he definitely be on zantac? His doctor doesn't see why he needs acid reflux meds since he's gaining weight like he should? When lo vomits he stiffness up and can't breathe.
