Ttc for 3 years

Hi ladies, my husband and I have been ttc for 3 years and no luck. I recently started having digestive issues and got bloodwork done and had positive antibodies. They’re going to check me for Crohn’s and colitis. Just before this, we were thinking of going for IVF. My question is, should I just give up at this point? Since it’s an autoimmune disease, my immune system attacks my organs and I read pregnancy can make it worse or your body can attack the baby. Is anyone going through this too? Please give some advice, I feel so hopeless and depressed😔
