What is your diaper change policy at night?

Our baby hates wet diapers, so I change her every feeding at night unless she's dry.  I try to do it before her tummy gets full because she falls back to sleep when she nurses.

We change when he wakes for a feeding. Since he CONSTANTLY pees...seriously I've changed him and a literal three minutes later boom, wet diaper...I feed them change. But he hit a growth spurt so I switched it since the wipes wake him up.

I can't see most of the answers. 
We change when he wakes up unless I notice it really needs to be changed. Or sometimes I'll just try changing him gently in his bassinet so he doesn't wake. Try not to though as he's always peeing on me.

Our son stays up so long and just screams so any sleep he gets is much needed.

I change at every feeding because she falls asleep eating. I change it between sides so she's awake enough to eat from the other side.

If its poo or leaking even if she's mostly alseep or does it after nursing I'll change it or she will wake up a little later with a cold leg :/

I change only if it's a big poo or any poo but I don't always change right away. Sometimes I wait after he's slept a few hours more, in the case he awakes.

Mine isn't picky about wet diapers, so i use the baby dry diapers and she sleeps through the night for 7-8 hours and I change her when i wake her up before we go to work.
