5 week & 6 day bleeding

Hi all!

Did anyone experience early bleeding around the 6 week mark? I went into the hospital today with some red bleeding, heavy enough to cover the toilet paper when wiping.

I was concerned about a miscarriage, but they said my levels looked good and want to see me tomorrow to see if they have changed at all. Since getting home the bleeding has completely stopped, aside from maybe a little bit of brown blood at one point. I’m experiencing zero pain so hoping for the best and that this could be normal.
