What could had caused this to this young man? I'm panicking!!!

Question

Louisiana assistant coach passed away while working out with his football team. He was 31. This was at Cajun Field somewhere in Loisiana. 
How can this happen? Heat possibly? Heart problems maybe? 
This scares me! So young....my anxiety is through the roof after reading about it on facebook.
I'm 33 years old and has no heart problems or no family history of it. 
Here you don't have to have those things to have a heart attack healthy or not

We all have our date inscribed in the book. No one knows when or how...but it's there. 
Some die young, some die old....its life. There isnt anything you can do other than take care of yourself as best you can, get regular checkups and hope for the best.

If I remember correctly it was a heart attack. If it was the same story. It can happen to anyone.

I think maybe you should stay off of the internet if the passing ( sad and unexpected) of someone you didn't know is causing anxiety. And since it isn't a common thing to be anxious about maybe talk with someone. Best of luck!
