If you had sex recently, it could be from it being a little rough, or because your insides are a little more sensitive right now. It could just be old implantation spotting blood, it could be from a period that almost came as it's rare but some women have period throughout pregnancy. As long as you dont have severe cramping and more brighter red blood, you should be just fine
