Ovulation or implantation spotting???

This is the second day I have been spotting like this only when I wipe. I have a 29 day cycle and I ended my most fertile stage a few days ago it is around 10 days before my period. In June I took a plan b pill right around the time when I ended my period then I had a week of bleeding from the plan b and in the month of July I got my period a week late i don’t know why I’m spotting is it because of ovulation or should I be worried? Is it possible the plan b changed my cycle or something i dont know My boyfriend and I use protection everytime and we check the condom after too to see if it broke or not. Please let me know your thoughts!!!
