I get one of these pimple blister things about once a week. It looks like a bump but with an opening that stings so bad. It’s in between my Vagina and inner thigh

Your underwear may be too tight, could be ingrown hair, etc. Try wearing looser cotton undies and using gentle scrubs on your legs between shaves and always using sharp/clean razor.

It looks like an ingrown hair. They are irritating but usually harmless - they can get infected though. The tips on the previous comment are good for prevention.

Looks like an ingrown hair to me.
In my experience, you shpuld leave it be until it seems as if it's healing and then use a tweezer to pluck the hair, otherwise it could continue coming back. I have also noticed that waxing in stead of shaving helps.
