Will a pacifier stop me from noticing feeding cues? If her mouth is full with a pacifier will she push it out to tell me she’s hungry?

Confused first time mum over here!

She’s feeding every 2-3hours, but sometimes inbetween feeds she will stir and show signs she’s wanting a bottle, but when I’ve made one up she doesn’t actually want it!

Would a pacifier/dummy help soothe her inbetween?

She’s formula fed and 7 days old. Any help and advice appreciated!
