Hi ladies

Im currently 25 weeks 5 days pregnant with my first and lastnight I experienced some crazy period pain cramping, it lasted about 5-10 minutes only and tonight I'm not feeling any cramps, felt like a one off thing maybe? But is that normal? I also had diahorrea (sorry TMI) 2 days leading up to those cramps and the morning after. When I read about it online it says something along the lines of premature birth 😰😰 so worried!!

My stomach also goes hard probably once every day now..

Any advice? X
