I am trying to wait around at home

I think i am having contractions they dont seem consistant but i feel like im being squeeze to death from top my stomach down w lots of pressure on my pelvic area and butt .. i keep hearing w real contractions you will have back pain .. but this is getting more severe it started at 12 AM i have a dr app at 2 15 so trying to wait around
