5DPO breast pain

So I’m 5 DPO and the last 2 days my breasts have started feeling sore but last night I started having clear/ creamy discharge from my nipples. Please tell me if it’s a sign of pregnancy? I obviously test negative cause it’s too early to tell but this is a huge symptom.
