Can you ovulate after a mc even when your still getting possitive hcg tests?

I have looked on multiple sites and there are soo many opinions on this, some say they conceived with hcg still in their system and never got a negative hcg test first, then others say you cant ovulate til you reach 0.

I know I should just be patient and wait and see but I just can't stop wondering whether I'll be able to concieve after mc before my first period even if I'm getting faint lines on hcg tests? 😔
