When did you lose the baby weight?

I had my baby over two weeks ago and had appointment at ob today. My midwife asked me if I lost the weight yet and I was like nooooooo. Then she’s like maybe by your 6 week appointment you will. What???? I thought it takes longer to come off.

9 to 10 months to lose it all. I was breastfeeding and it made me have a huge appetite.

It took 9 months to put it on so give yourself ATLEAST 9 months to lose it.

It took me roughly 6-8 weeks to lose most if not all that I had gained during pregnancy
