Hey ladies, I have used the DivaCup on and off. I always boil before putting it in at the start of my period, then again at the end before I put it away. In between, I rinse with water or use the cleaner the company makes for it. I have never had any weird things going on besides some slight discolouration, which I don’t really care about.

However, I left it in for about 10-12 hours yesterday and when I took it out, it smells like BROCCOLI. I slept with just a pad to give my hooha a break. Since then, I have used 2 tampons and both have smelled the same, but not as strong. I have never had a yeast or bacterial infection before, so I don’t know if that could be it. No burning, itching, discharge. Just a weird smell. :( do I need to be concerned?

I also just boiled it once again. The smell is still there but not as strong.
