Pimple

I have a small forming pimple on top of my lip like where the dip is forming lip shape and it isn’t ready to pop. Right now i have clearisil on it for my pimple and it burned at first when i out it on bc i was picking at it so much. I was negative for any stds. Anyways how do I get rid of a pimple on the border of my lip its half on my lip half off how would i get rid of it if it isnt ready to pop?
