the past few months i’ve been getting cramps and they feel like pms cramps but i’m on nexplanon and i don’t get my period so i’m kind of scared but i’ve only been with one person since the last time i had my yearly visit and i know he hasn’t been with anyone else either so it’s nothing infectious

my mom said it could be stress but it still just scares me

does anyone else on nexplanon experience random cramping like this? it’s not even all day it just shows up randomly and then goes away on its own
