What does morning sickness feel like?

I have been feeling sick the whole day. I don't feel like I have to throw up but I do feel sick, it seems to be in my stomach though (if that makes sense). I'm 6 weeks pregnant. Can anybody share their experience with morning sickness. I'm curious if im having morning sickness or something else is happening

It’s different for everyone.
Morning sickness doesn’t actually mean just sick in the morning.
Mine was just a general feeling of nausea all day until I ate. It would get worse at night and if I got up and walked around.

For me it was like a constant hangover.
Headache, stomach ache, no appetite but feeling like you need to eat.

I’ve felt sick to my stomach from week 6 to week 10 very badly but no throwing up.

Mine is just having a sour stomach and not feeling like eating anything

Mine's like being half way through heaving until you finally accept that you're going to be sick, or until a smell or sight makes you that tiniest bit extra sick... Ugh so sick all the time. I've had HG during pregnancies, severe sickness... A feeling that only lasts the pregnancy at most 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 I was sick all 9 months with my son, it went away once I pushed him out! Crazy.
