I just feel like my body is achy, my face is sensitive to the touch but no other signs of being sick like a flu or anything

It’s just been weird. I’ve had cycles that start random, slow, late, early but never any pre-symptoms. My face just is sensitive to the touch and warm, my body just aches and I’m freezing. Like what the heck.
