Less symptoms after chemical

I had a chemical/miscarriage last month at 5 weeks but had all of the pregnancy symptoms. I started getting positives around 10DPO. We decided to try again and I’m 11 DPO today but starting testing positive (faint) yesterday. But this time I don’t have the nausea or the metallic taste in my mouth or the sore boobs I had last month. I’m just hoping someone can give me some reassurance about rainbow babies where you didn’t have tons of symptoms.
