Gummy Prenatals
So my doctor asked what prenatals I was taking and when I said I was taking the gummies, he told me to switch to an actual pill because the gummies don’t have enough calcium and iron. Anyone else have this experience with their Dr? I haaaate the big prenatal pill and have been loving the gummies. Any recommendations on easy to swallow prenatals? I almost always throw them up because of my morning sickness
