Needing motivation

So I started my weight loss journey today. As tempting as it was I managed to stay away from sodas and drink only water today (plenty of water). I created a workout journal for myself just to track my water intake, any meals I eat, and of course my steps and workout for the day. I’m hoping I can stick to it despite all the negative comments from the people around me. Pressuring me to drink soda or eat some sweets, telling me I can’t do it and that it won’t last. it’s just day 1 or trying to live a healthy life and I’m all ready getting out down. Idk if I can keep it going. The only thing I keep telling myself is that I need to do this to help my chances of one day being able to conceive a baby. Sorry for the long post I just had to let it out.
