The kind they sit in? No. The kind they walk behind and push? Sure.

I’ll be the odd one out and say yes. That being said, limit their time in them and make sure there’s nothing for them to run into or fall down, like stairs. 
We have a one level house and my son loves his mustang walker. I read all sorts of things like it’ll delay his development and he won’t be able to walk...he walked before his first birthday and he isn’t delayed at all. I know every baby is different, but this is just my experience. He was never really interested in the walker he could push. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My parents got a walker for my daughter at their house, she used it maybe 5 times, she usually got mad about it. We did use this activity center when she was able to sit with support at 4 months, because she only wanted to stand lol It claims to be a walker too, but I could barely get it to roll, let alone a baby. So verdict is, walkers, not worth it, but activity jumpers are useful. 
Girly is almost 10 months old now and an early walker(walked at 8 months), so none of these things stunted her walking (we did lots of tummy and climbing time)

The kind that a baby sits in and wheels around the house are fun and enjoyable for baby, but they are bad for their development. If you want to get a walker or a little exersaucer just make sure baby is spending a very small amount of time in it per day, like 30 min or less. Unfortunately those toys are super fun for baby, but they discourage appropriate walking skills and can delay actual walking.
