Can my breech baby turn whilst I’m laid on my left side?

I’m sitting up straight all the time and trying not to slouch but this is hurting my back so I want to lay down! Is there still a chance of him turning if I lay on my left side a lot?

• I've heard it helps to have a Webster certified chiropractor, (my baby isn't breech but I've been seeing chiro since second tri. I'm now 33 weeks!) as they can help alleviate pain AND make it to where baby is more comfortable in an ideal position.
• It also can help to crawl. Quite literally on your hands and knees.
• Google Spinning Babies. It's a class/resource designed to help spin your baby around into an ideal position, especially if breech!
• It may help to bounce gently on a birth ball. That usually helps me take pressure off my back and hips while maintaining good posture!
Idk how many weeks you are, etc, but I hope these ideas helped!!

I’m not sure if my baby is head down as I’ve had one OB say he was then the next appointment a different OB literally said to me “I’m not sure.” 😐🙄😂😂 but I have a feeling he isn’t, so I’d love to also know how to get him head down

Sadly some babies just don’t turn. My baby didn’t and was frank breech from 20 weeks to 36 weeks (that’s when I had her). How many weeks are you?
