My vagina smells like onion/garlic ?

I’ve been having this smell for a while and I haven’t gone to the doctor to get checked because I’ve read it could be your diet or hygiene but I feel like it’s been a long time going on. anyone know what it could be? I don’t really eat like onions or garlic to begin with I shower regularly I change underwear but it’s gotten bad to where if I start sweating it has a stronger smell. I did see a doctor late june for an std testing but my results came back fine would I just be better off going again?
