Did anyone’s period change after their first pregnancy/MC?

I got married last October and have been off the pill since. While I was on the pill my periods always lasted 3-4 days, were super light and I almost never had cramps. After I went off the pill they were usually 4 days and some light cramping but since I had my MC in March my periods have been soooo different! They are still only 4 days but the first day I usually have cramps so bad I’m bedridden and a lot heavier flow then before.

Nothing I’m concerned about just something I noticed after being pregnant!
